CRT seems to be just an exaggerated topic by the Republicans. Nobody seems to be knowing what exactly it is and in what curriculums it actually is. Florida did it just for some cheap political points, but states have the right to design their own curriculum.

The US should of course teach the full history of the US including slavery and its ramifications to today to show school children the whole spectrum of the US history. CRT (at least my understanding) does not mean that all ills of today are explained by racism.
