The second amendment is universal, regardless of race, gender, etc. If you think that Kyle was only acquitted because of systemic racism and the privileges he gets from being white, please stop watching CNN.

The system functions to protect whiteness. If Kyle Rittenhouse was a black man with an AR-15 at a blue lives matter rally and went around instigating people, then shot three white people, he would have spent life in prison. Mark my words.

For your analogy to hold Black Kyle would have been shooting Black attackers. Putting out fires apparently is instigating in certain "communities." I was not aware of that.
