The Supreme Court should side with Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act and not grant a Christian web-designer a First Amendment exception to not serve same-sex customers

A website design is NOT free speech since the design is mostly given by the customer, therefore turning away a gay couple would be discrimination.

This is a ridiculous case: This web designer preemptively sued more than six years ago without ever turning away a customer.
Disagree

Well the Supreme Court just decided and sided with the web designer that she can refuse to work for same-sex couples.

If you just take a legalistic view and consider designing a website as 'speech' (which is a bit questionable), then the First Amendment should apply
